Our team is dedicated to the betterment of young men through the game of baseball.

We believe in a process (over goal) oriented approach to the game at the youth level.

We believe in respect for parents, coaches, and teammates. Players are taught to respect the game while bringing a great attitude, effort, and hustle to every event.

Our players will be coached in a manner that will require the highest levels of attention, discipline, and effort. We will at all times pride ourselves in the way we play the game, from the way we take the field to the way we handle the outcomes of competition. Players are expected to display a work ethic and level of respect for the game higher than that of our opponents during both games and practice. Players are expected to abide by the following:

• Resepct the game, your oponent, the umpires, your teammates, parents, and your coaches.
• Be a team player.
• Work hard in games and in practice... "Practice doesn't make perfect... Perfect practice makes perfect."
• Learn to handle failure, fear, and adversity... "Do your best, forget the rest."
• Display levels of high character and good citizenship in the community/school.
